Primarily serving clients in the GTA, Master Key is fully insured and offers clients the option to build custom packages based on their individual home staging needs. Our expert team uses a proven system that yields positive and consistent results on every project. All package options include full de-staging where applicable.
CONSULTATION
Our team will complete a thorough walk-through of your property to provide expert advice on how to prepare it for the market. This option is accompanied by a comprehensive written report that clients may use as a reference guide to fulfill their own staging needs.
Note: Our consultation fee is waived once a booking is confirmed with us.
VIRTUAL consultation
Using specialized software, our team will analyze your property and make suggestions by placing furniture and accessories in the space virtually. This option gives clients an idea of what changes should be made to optimize the space and eliminates the need for our team to physically enter the home.
HOME STAGING
Any property - vacant, occupied or Airbnb - can easily be transformed with the help of Master Key Home Staging & Design. Our team will source and co-ordinate the delivery of furniture and accent pieces that will be strategically selected to clearly define the scale and focal point of each room. Then we’ll set it all up creating that “dream home” feel, to ensure your photo shoots and open houses are picture perfect!
SHOWCASING
